Let me explain how legal documents work, N_S:
The very reason such documents exist is to remove any need, or possibility, to "read between the lines." What you're describing is poetry and love letters, not legal documents.
*What i'm seeing is you assuming that there are such documents, and proceeding to make your argument from that baseless assumption.
**You would not even be able to tell me the parties to these presumed legal documents. Who is involved? Are these "legal documents" between Ukyo & Danny? Ukyo & the Feds? The Feds, Ukyo & Danny?
