Here is how to process is going to work:

- LOI will be provided and contracts will be signed by all the involved parties

Why do we need an escrow at all if you ask poc before kyc? Escrow also allows to find consensus proving funds and coins if both parties don't trust each other.
Is it really necessary to poc first? And then you will charge 19% discount and send btc first ultimatum after all. Love that time wasting

The problem is most of suppliers won't even listen to "how much for 1000btc" thousands times a day and getting silence as a respond. LOI perfectly describes itself. It looks like you are saying "psss, show me some, and i promise i will buy it and give all the sh** you want, just show me"

POC is so I dont waste my time with scammers. I agree that if buyer and seller trust each other then escrow is not necessary but usually one party requires it at least for the first transaction. Anyway, if you are interested and you can provide me POC I can send you a LOI.
