What will happen by reporting? He is gone. Even if they ban his account he can make a new one.
Jacob mentioned that they are different people, but their behaviour leads to the conclusion, that they are one and the same person.
He can make a new one, yes, but premiumproductss wont be usable anymore, if it is under observation.
Aren't all three of those are same person?
Jacob and premiumproducts were the same I think. You could go back and read the posts. The dough account might also belong to him.

dough and premiumproducts are the same. Because Jacob somewhere stated that he is dough, it seems clear that all three are one and only person.
