Yes, you are right. There will be two kinds of ratings- one for users and one for customers. It is a fair and democratic system. I guess it is a big advantage for Lancer.

I am sorry. I havent noticed. Workers can rate how fair a customer is ( how was the payment, for example). Workers rating will be based on approved tasks and decline tasks.
