In my opinion its partially true, but it depends on what kind of investor you are. If youre a short term type then probably youll get pissed of whats currently happening in the market now but if youre a long term type it will not affect you. All investments are risky but it only depends on how the individuals manage risks.

yup, for example just a few months ago, people can buy bitcoin at $20,000 and now the price is so low as compare to then. however, there is a lot of prediction that bitcoin will rise to above $50,000 and so at the end of the year. So as long you hold, you are able to enjoy the benefit.
