The reason for investing in bitcoin or ethereum is that the coin is stronger than other crypto coins, Bitcoin and ethereum are a very good project and hold both more likely to provide a good income.

Well i don't think it's just about income though. Especially ethereum with all it's features. We're likely looking at how our transactions in the future would be like. These two coins are.currently the spearhead for this innovation that is cryptocurrency and though there may be some alts out there that someday would be better, btc and eth are the top two that would put crypto in the mainstream map

Bitcoin and Ethereum are the two most profitable cryptocurrencies in the market and besides other coins these are the most preferable coins and experts prefer these two for long term investment as if you invest in a long term in a valuable coin then your returns will be huge and will be more than that invested in another source with same amount. Ethereum and Bitcoin both are good in this modern world, further more Bitcoin is better than Ethereum.

Ethereum and bitcoin are the two valuable cryptocurrencies in the market and its investment payoff when you hold for long term and sell the coins in a high market where your coins are having high value. You should be productive and should spread your portfolio around in the crypto market as bitcoin with the first priority and Ethereum with 2nd priority because bitcoin is more valuable than Ethereum.
