Q: Did you make any mistake counting the Actual # for Jet Cash? ~~4003~~ and 4195 has huge gap. Click the numbers to see corresponding images for reference.

Now looking at my counting for both # of Posts and Actual #, it seems like what theymos said is not actually always true. The system is giving conflicting counts. Notice KingScorpio and Theb - they do not satisfy the explanation that theymos had. I am pretty sure theymos did not notice it yet.
