Locked are incoming transfers that not yet confirmed. Spent amount `1000` was written off your wallet balance, it is not an income.
About `1400`. Assume you had incomes to your wallet of 2400 + 5600, in total 8000.
When tx constructed one or several outputs are used, in your case was used output of 2400, 1000 went to another wallet, and 1400 went back to your wallet as a change. Any tx has 10 block confirmation time. So your 1400 change was locked for 10 blocks also.

I didn't have incoming transaction 5 days before that nor 5 days after that. So it is impossible that "locked balance" was incoming transaction. Actually, I didn't have ANY transaction 5 days earlier and after. That's why I couldn't explain how / why is something in locked balance, and why is that number different than the one I sent. I just decided to wait and see what happens, and when 1000 GRAFT transaction went through enitrely, everything went back to normal.

I would send you history of transactions, if android wallet had one.

Thats how cryptonote protocol works. It is normal. Your tx sent extra back to yourself. That was the incoming tx.
