We're shipping to EU customers from inside the EU.

1 bitstream can do whatever that bitstream is programmed to do. There is only so much space on the device though and multiple bitstreams can be stored in memory so that other bitstreams can be swapped in. As I understand it, whitefire is planning to use this for X16R.

I believe whitefire mentioned that for X16R, you'll need 2 FPGA, one FPGA does half the function, and other FPGA does other half. So with your 16GB model, does that mean that you can accomplish X16R with only 1 FPGA since it can swap with the built in memory?
