In my opinion don't be tired because its the only way to see and keep up on the market value changes. If you are tired I suggest stopbdont look everyday and you might regret it as some people told me back than but now I always look or its my choice to look everyday or just look 2 or 3 times a weeks.

2nd Yes its possible to gain money as long as you hold but in a long term if you are holding bitcoin. Just hold when it hits the top and when it slowly goes down and do not exchange it to money you'll see that high price for a long time. Still it dependss
