The last one (BANGLA) is kind of scam accusation, the 2nd one (বাংলা (bangla)) is a locked one and the first one (বাংলাদেশ (Bengali)) is the only one which says,

...Types of comments. The OP of the topic actually does not care IMO. S/he created the self moderated topic and left it. After having a failed attempt to create another fresh topic, I started to report the spammy posts and now if you see the topic (latest few pages) - it's much better.

For a community of 10/12 people you do not need a dedicated mod. If you feel a post is not relevant and spammy then just report to the moderator. Cyrus will take care of it. I believe I have reported over a few hundreds of posts on that topic so far and non of them were marked as a bad one.

A small advise for OP in local language: Please ebhabey poor language ay topic create koray Bengalider mention koray Bangladesh er proti oder image ta nosto korien na. I am sorry, apnar post poray ora whole community kay obohelar chowkhey daykhbay. Please English writing er dokhkhota aro baratay hobay, tarpor english board ay post koriyen.
