Maybe they shouldn't have postponed their ICO, my impression this made them lose momentum and then they missed to promote their project more vigorously.

they have already postponed the ico for a month, so they had all the time to organize, do it again i think would mean losing the credibility of any investors...

I guess they have a lot of work to do. Conducting ICO is not that easy. Anyhow, they should really hire a community manager then. Every project should think about it in advance, communication is key these days.
