Calm down guys, that is a simple misunderstanding.
sirazimuth understood question more generic way: "What does 'telegram group' term mean?", and he answered that question perfectly.
But I guess the real question was (most probably): "What is the name of the specific telegram group devoted to Helium?"..

Given the broken English typically used on this forum, and awful punctuation used in the specific question above, it is not surprising one could misunderstand that.
