They are not only a platform for storing datas and personal information of a user but they also have features like, they use blockchain and they are decentralized too. Since they are based in blockchain those datas stored are not hackable since they will be seen in public by everyone but not but not everything about their personal data are in public they still hold they right to their privacy though. If you will just use their whitepaper you will find out that they have a lot to offer.
