No I didn't exploit their live casino system. All I did was just played live blackjack (unlimited blackjack game which every player plays with 1 hand against dealer) and won some small amount of winnings.
Also, how can anyone exploit live casino game? It is impossible!
What do you think about they taking my deposited money because of the multiple accounts? I fully understand they have right to not pay me any winnings, due to violation of terms and conditions. But, don't they have to give my money (original deposited amount) back?
First of all, Buff88 is an illegal casino without valid license! Illegal casinos can not have juridical valid terms and conditions!
Hence, whatever reference to "their" terms and conditions is nonsense!
Despite of this, if they do not want that you open a second account, then they need to check when you register and give your deposit back. Taking your bets is accepting your account, beause you can not accept bets from an account you did not accept! Logically?
But what Buff88 does is the typical fraud scheme many other shady casinos do as well:
1) They let you deposit without any controls
2) As long as you lose no problem if you have 1000 accounts, breached their juridical not valid terms and conditions or whatever. I at least never heard that a casino checked an account after a loss, discovered it is a multiple account and gave the loss back. But if the playing activity was not valid, they have of course also give losses back and not only winnings!
3) Only if you win, then they suddenly feel the necessity to check your account and confiscate your balance.

I totally agree with what you have mentioned about typical fraud scheme.
When you register account to certain website which doesn't require detail information such as personal information but only requires email address, who read all of the Terms and Condition? Seriously?
If making multiple accounts were very seriously issue, the website should have notified or made unable to create additional account with same IP or same person.
And losing money with additional account is no problem. Why is that?? Hmm, because the buff88.com makes money from that.
But losing money, which mean player win money from the casino turns to very serious problem and starting to using terms and conditions against player.
This is just SCAM!
This is from their ToS:
One personal single account pertaining to one domestic household address or IP address, opened by an individual and maintained with us to enable that person to play games on the Online Casino/Sportsbook
It says 1 account per person.
You agreed to their ToS when you registered account. You ticked "I am over 18 years old and I agree with the Mandatory Rules and Conditions". Why did you break ToS which you agreed on? Better question is - why did you register account if you didn't agree with their ToS?
Makes no sense.
They limited you access to casino and you thought it is good idea to evade that with new account.

I wonder if brick and mortar casino says "don't you ever come back", would you wear mustache and glass mask and come back again?
As I have wrote previously, I didn't even know making multiple accounts were against terms and conditions.
As I have wrote above this quote, When you register account to certain website which doesn't require detail information such as personal information but only requires email address, who read all of the Terms and Condition? Seriously?
Buff88.com have limited my account to access casino without proper and full explanation. But at the same time they told me that I can still access the sports betting. Also they have not mentioned anything about making new accounts is against terms and condition.
In terms and conditions of buff88.com, there is no part that buff88.com can limit players access to live casino due to business reason. So, this mean buff88.com have violated terms and conditions at the first time.
In Fortunejack.com, do you confiscate player's winning and original deposited money if you find that player have breached terms and conditions? or do you just confiscate winnings and reimburse original deposited money back to player?
