I dont think so. ETH is a strong crypto, many token build in it. EOS is too. May be you see the number of ETH that EOS hold after ICO. But EOS is doing mainnet, and we not sure mainnet is successful or not. Addition, i dont believe EOS can effect to the ETH price

It would make sense for them to dump it NOW and cause the ETH price some pain!
In addition the ETH price could go back to 300 USD
