I wouldn't say so, at least there's been already some reaction to the fraudsters - the financial authorities in Belgium, Italy, Austria, the Czeck Republic, the Slovak Republic and in the UK to name a few blacklisted Questra and AGAM in the last year. Though the rules of the game are needed to be writen and implenebted of course. I believe the EU authorities (ECB or Eurocomission) will be the first official structure to manage with this task.

Id like to believe in better things, to be more exact: to believe that the world community will be able to put an end to all this, and prevent the opportunity itself for such unworthy people like Alex Prochukan and Tcheslav Pesdyuk to deceive people. What`s more, they do not limit themselves and organize a full kind of harassment against rivals that we can see in this topic.

Possibly by sending ninjas to Prochukhan and Pestyuk to shoot a couple of poisoned needles into their necks or to kidnap them and imprison in some secret dungeon?
