I put everything the same as you did (expect wallet address) I am running 1080s @ 19sol/s; 19;sol/s; 19 sol/s.
They are now set up at 70% power and they were averaging 515sol/s on btcz on equipools bminer.

Is this how it is supposed to be or I am doing smth wrong?

Have you tried at 100% PL to see hashrate for comparation?

Just tested @100% same rates 19sols just temperature got increased

Does this mean that the GTX 1080 GPU is hashing only as the 1060 6Gb card? It seems familiar to me... it is similar when you are mining ETH, the cards with GDDR5X memories are not as efficient as GDDR5.
