Well, looks like I am pulling out from my 2nd X3.

1st one was 4.9 BTC, 2nd one would be 11.6 BTC

All because BA cannot answer their tickets in timely manner.
Now, why would I go further into becoming a Reseller if BA will hang me and my customers out to dry with any issues???
Last BA reply: 2 weeks 3 days.

"Second to none" is that like based on TerraHash's and BFL's support?
Sorry, just very frustrated at this point.
