Yours is only one reason why ICO is failing or losing its appeal to investing public because of fear of being scammed of their investment. Another thing which I guess the reason why is because of bear market the cryptocurrency is experiencing this time that's why they extend their ICO period to another month or months. When the market is in bear mode, the buying power and the product value of the ICO company becomes very low.

Read and understand the real situation of the crypto market and since we are members of this community all we have to must be prepared always and extend our patience cause it's happening already and that is the situation nowadays.
