I want to withdraw some money and coins, however I am getting the "money hold" message. I have included a copy of my ID and address document in my e-mail, but I have not got a reply yet.

Thank you for the fast reply. I had a question first about the "money hold" message and that's why I have not included the documents in the old ticket yet. Now I have attached the documents in a new ticket, because I don't know how to attach the documents in the old ticket.
