I'm not a fanboy or hater I'm just curious why DOGE can't reach let say 100mln market cap? If there is people who will pay the ridiculous price for DOGE why stop them?

I have not researched them all, but there are some (at least one, I assume there are more) which do not reduce the mining reward over time. Ripples do not have mining at all (call it 100% premine if you want).

Or are you trying to say like rouge or rogue? I guess the 'e' could be silent and you could just pronounce it like dodge, or you could pronounce it doggy, they do use a dog in the symbol?
