There is more than delay, they are ignoring the people who gave the money them.

We cannot call this as delay anymore, it's been more than a year since this project started

That is so true. And till now that is what they have been doing since the ICO. And nobody listens out for investor' concerns.

After all these years they are doing that way and they are not active here after they have collected the funds.
