Workers are also burden and murdered because there are layers of paper works they need to comply everyday. If the job vacancy will be fulfilled, everyone will be given an opportunity to work and earn salary. In addition, it will become easy for a certain employee to finish his duty because the employees will be added and work will divide to many employees.
