I think it is not a big problem for car dealer to accept crypto as a payment if your country common with BTC. But why you ask that? You can exchange your BTC into fiat and buy a car, i think, it's simple too.

Exactly! A lot of people still buy with their btc as long as they have enough of it to buy them that stuff by converting it into fiat even if the dealer is not. It is not something hard these days since basically most crypto friendly countries and those who are just mute about it, have exchanges present where they can easily just exchange with fiat and buy whatever they want with it. Over time, we will get to see more companies accepting bitcoin as development keeps stepping in.

This is a nice gesture for those who want bitcoin to be legal all over the world that gradually all the countries are going to accept this technology or use it in one way or another. We are not supposed to go against it if we want great future. Recently Germany has also acknowledged bitcoin. Personally I love it for the reason that we dont need anyone for making transactions with it or dealing with it.
