Of course that most important is the platform, but also being not listed on any at least medium exchange gives bad reputation to the project. Having some circulation would help the project also.

Some points that i will add because i know its good with this discussion. I think this will be good launch of the platform or a working product is much important like he says and exchange can be done listed afterwards. If we talk about community they are not present here they are always on the telegram chat as we know they not updated on this thread. Listing it first without a working platform is just a useless pumps and dumps but it will let the price subside and go back in its original price only.
