I think some of the government are afraid or hesitant to embrace crypto because they are very comfortable with the current system where they resist change. A greater resistance is experienced for a corrupt government. Of course, they dont want their transactions to be affected.

Indeed. Government in other countries are more favourable to crypto currencies than the 3rd world. They are at least supporting the fact of crypto currency being in existence and they are working on different adoption models. But in 3rd world countries this is completely different. They dont even want to think about the crypto currency and dont even want to explore the usage of them. I think tells us in straight manner that they are just behind rupturing everything in single shot. But wont be helping hand as to listen to what public has to say about it.
