Sure, you can choose UTN or UTNP, as far as I understand UTNP is for trading only, and you should choose UTN if you plan to hold for a long time. So it is not very hard to decide,actually

From what you say its obvious to take UTNP, the one tradeable on the exchanges. Since you can change it back to UTN in the future.

Also, if more people will get UTNP now, doesnt that mean more people can dump the price than before ?

If you want to sell tokens in the near future than you should get utnp now-this is obvious, but if you want to keep it, in this case you should choose utn. Dont forget that you will have to pay comission for the token's swap
