3) There are alot more unanswered questions than there are answers. Infact people are coming to this thread bitching, complaining demanding they reply to their calls and emails. Why the company comes here to answer trolls and troll themselves instead of answering customer inquiries is imo the stupidest customer support system you can possibly use.
