Are those accounts are also doing monetization so whether there are bots watching them owner is making money out of views or maybe they are buying it just to gain views? I haven't viewed any of their video but by looking at their channel, they got a massive views.

To my knowledge, they don't monetize their videos. I think their main goal is to get sponsorships from ICOs.
