4. your website address
5. the link where our products will be sold
6. the complete address where you want your goods shipped (including post/zip code)
7. contact phone number where you can be reached by the courier

I am sending these first thing tomorrow. Do I need to have the website up and ready for selling? I have a site but I only use it for my customers to see general announcements at this point.

I also am PM'ing you my ticket for my wire transfer it was done last Monday and I have not seen any update to the status.
