Centralized or decentralized, as long as it meets my billing, I go with it. I trade mostly on IDEX, hitbtc, binance etc.
I recently trading for the first time on HOTBIT. It was a streamlined transaction. I would recommend it to anyone.

Regarding discounts and bonuses on new exchanges, how willing to open a large deposit, new exchanges often turn out to be a scam, by what criteria do you assess that the exchange is reliable?
