After clean installing 2.2.1, I experience some small issues:

1) Is this normal? "downloading ccminersupaminer" each 'Starting Cycle' while mining (pops up console windows for a split second)

2) 2.2.1 still says version 2.2

3) Not an issue, but I couldn't figure out how to get this working: "Press key s in the window to switch between light and full display"
