If you have coin which price has increased in the current market then sell it and make a profit. In other cases I advise you not to hurry.

If your coin have potential like Bitcoin then its better to hold for a while because possible to grow it more and get huge profit, but if not just wait for a while until it increase even a little then sell it. I suggest before you buy a coin make sure it can increase its value in the market, then also make sure if you sell it you can get a lot earning from it. And i think right this moment its better to hold your coin until its value become normal or rising again, and start making profit.
