I bought a few blocks of land for cheep, .08 .05 eth or so. The moor blocks that are bought up around you the higher the cost, but the cost is distributed to people who allready own 7x7 blocks around the one your purchase. So if your the last guy to buy a block u will pay ALLLOTT moor than the first. You can biuld structures and they work off the neighboring structures. I got payed for some blocks being bought next to me already. have gotten 2

so if you get in on a district the same day it opens then u can get cheep blocks and then break even or better by the time all the blocks around you are sold.
