you mean OC in hiveos ? seems like we cant set powerlimit in there, any other settings does not matter

I get over 3MH with my rx580 8GB with hiveos. make sure you don't have another miner running in the background (miner stop before running tdxminer)

Yeah there is no other miner in the background.
Can you tell me if you have the GPUs factory BIOS or you changed it?
What is your power draw and clock settings?
