So did the Lumi Support Team solved the issue or not? I am curious to what went wrong with your transaction? Because I am guessing that it is related to their wallet software rather than the transaction itself. I remembered that I have a similar issue before and it was due to an outdated wallet app my transaction was successful yet it is not showing an updated balance also my app's version was not supported by the provider anymore.
I think it all happened because of bugs in the android App,I am also faced some issues while receiving bitcoin in android application,this maybe the android updates too often.
Anyway I recommend people to use bitcoin wallets in desktop only because android mobiles are not safe as we think,someone is closely watching all of us through our smartphones.So create a desktop wallet and import bitcoins for storing in long term.
