According to me Maybe the right term is the right time to buy, because if we buy coins during the increase in value there is a possibility to get a loss but if we buy coins during the decline if it goes up, we get immediately. That's the time to buy different bitcoins or coins in the market.
There is no time to buy bitcoins or other crypto currencies, so sometimes bitcoin with other altcoins falls so fast but that does not mean that this is the right time to buy or invest.

Generally the market favors investment in low market because low market will cost you less and you would be able to get large quantity coins on using low amount. This collection will increase your strength and you will get a huge profit at the end of your investment. The more is the collection of coins the more will the product if you sell in a high market on high price.
