I don't think stocks.exchange is a scam in any manner. However, network stuff or inability to respond to query on time is not enough to call an exchange a scam. Moreover, the opinions has decided to edit it's point and I think the topic should be edited as well.

This is really unethical to call something a scam before getting much information about them. Although they are not seeming well and profitable in some regards and to some specific audience. But that really doesnt mean it is harmful for everyone. Might be some have been victim of its negativity but majority, this stock exchange isnt that much bad as you consider them.
