Well, my wild guess is that the concept I believe is smart, and why city. you know when you say city, everything you need is there, and Economy, because all of their concept put together is described as economy. And their concept is like a one stop shop.

You got it right and precise elel. They are just being straight to the point with their project. This is what the project is composed of and they name itself has said it all. Smart project in a city of everything citizens need and in a progressive economy.
