This is a very important info. If this is the rule, this should be written on the rules.
I've mixed between regional and international posts. Now i'll lost regional count.

Content campaign is English only, signature campaign is a maybe. There's no guarantee that a regional post will be counted for obvious reasons. As with all language restrictions, they can be bent in individual cases of high constructiveness (which is almost never the case though).
