Tama and every 6PM ang schedule nila ng cash out, I tried it once and mas mababa ang fee nila compare sa cebuana. So if you're not that in a hurry okay naman gamitin ang Palawan Express.

And for cash in options better to use cebuana and 7/11 para no hassle.
