ICD: Initial Coin Distribution

the problem is that it seems that develop a new coin/tokens require a lot of money, and it's an easy way find it with an ICO.

So you mean ICD will as attractive as ICO's for users? Also it is kinda scam proof since you are not investing anything, will that make the ICD more attractive then ICO's?
