Indeed, but everything else can. Now that this is being mentioned, I wonder if you could impersonate someone's username using some weird (e.g. Unicode) letters.

Indeed, but the recent cases of bumping was more 'complicated' than the ones we had before (e.g. less obvious, deleting previous posts, etc.). Usually when some "bumping service" was hired, the thread went up in flames very quickly.

Don't forget to archive the whole threads or the proof will be gone. Tagging the newbies and jr. members is a waste of time (this is a forum policy issue), so if someone is going to handle this soon they should focus on the higher-ranking members involved. The group being called 'Group for higer rank members' and having lower ranking members in that list doesn't make sense.
