Its not a scam, they have a new development team, the previous one failed to deliver on key deadlines, you cannot fault the company because of an incompetent lead developer.

The potential is huge if the team will deliver, for now I am not seeing that big success in the future with the current status.
We cannot judge at this time because all crypto are down and people has not been aggressive in buying as they are afraid bitcoin might crash.
