I almost feel like it should be mandatory in the Crypto community for the people who run any kind of exchange to release their names and real information in order to even be allowed to operate as an exchange. It is our fault and can't blame anyone. Exchanges has disappeared before CM and we just trusted CM. We can just hope for a legal action but as you said.. whom from and to whom?
