That's unfortunately not true. They are not filtering anything.. Its very easy to get a high rating on ICObench, only thru paid advisors and people from ICObench. They have a pretty big community.

The only thing how to check if the ICO is a scam or not is to check their White Paper, Team and MVP if there is any.

I would never put my money into a project based on any ratings..
