Hi nexybit why is it that my withdrawal balance is 0? although I still have enough balance to withdraw?
Token Trading and Futures balances are separated, so even if you have funds on Futures, your Token Trading available balance could be zero. Make sure you change to the right tab on your account page (top left).
If that's not it, just try refreshing. I had some minor glitch before but refreshing helped.
I didn't noticed the "futures" tab, I keep on pressing the withdraw button on "Token Trading" tab. Thanks for the prompt answer!
I most have the same eye problem with you because i also miss this and i send a PM to their support.
Must admit that they have a fair fast reaction and was more than helpful.
Next time i have to be more careful and wear glasses!
