indeed a lot of bounty and ico is very promising. at the beginning of the bounty thread is made, everything they say is very promising, but at the end of the bounty, the team always gives uncertain news, and some of the team members are blurred.

It's partly like that, we can't do anything but hope for the best. currently quality projects are rarely found even in ANN Altcoin threads are just a few that I find very promising, As bounty signature that I follow this promising future right. why can I say that? ... because this project is evenly distributed to all members who work well according to the rules. value added team and dev that really make the project successful and transparent.
