May I know if the Validators are individual or a should it be a company to a country? I am considering to be one in my own country to be able to help the hiring industry to be very reliable and free from any dishonest applicants that fake their employment credentials and work experience.

Yes, trust logics eould probably be partnering with big companies that are specifically dedicated with background checking. And as big as trust logics platform is, I believe that only the best of the best will be the partners of the trust logics platform. Because their platform's name will be the one at stake if one of their partners does not do the background checking well or comes short. We might even see government being involved but that is another story..
